How are the products delivered?
All products are delivered electronically. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email sharing with a Google Drive link to access your templates.
How soon will I receive my templates after purchase?
Your templates will be delivered immediately once your payment is successfully processed. Please check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the delivery email.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within few hours, please check your spam or junk email folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@aetherealarts.com with your order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.
