All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2-5 business days

• Europe: 5-10 business days

• United States & Canada: 5-10 business days

• Rest of the World: 7-15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your shipment.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
